Thursday 12th August
     • 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Event Check In.(main lobby)

     • Self Directed Tours.

     • 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm. Welcome Reception Meet and Greet. Cash Bar.         (Ottawa Conference and Event Centre)

Friday 13th August
     • 8:30 am. Driving Tours Depart.
     • 5:30 pm. Group photo in parking lot.
     • 6:30 pm. Dinner options at a number of restaurants.

Saturday 14th August
     • 8:30 am. Driving Tours Depart.
     • 7:30 pm. Closing Banquet with live music. Cash Bar.                     (Ottawa Conference and Event Centre)

Sunday 15th August (optional activities)
     • Parade Laps at Calabogie Motorsports Park (tentative).
     • Changing of the Guard on Parliament Hill.
     • Self Directed Tours.
